About

'My mission:
to capture uniqueness'
I love beauty in all its forms, from relationship bonds, personality and character to design and architecture. Capturing that something special, whatever the subject, is my mission.
Apart from photography, my greatest joys are my family, long walks with my two rescue dogs Shrek and Birty, as well as pottering in the garden attempting to grow various fruit and veg.
I started my career working as an apprentice to one of the greatest dressage riders of all time, Dr Josef Neckermann, based in Germany with the world-renowned coach Conrad Schumacher. I retrained as a journalist following injury, working as Dressage Editor at Horse & Hound magazine for more than a decade, followed by several years as British Dressage Website Editor. After going freelance, well, that's when I found photography.
And I haven't looked back since.
